Just back from IslandFest w/ Kelly McGuire and James "Sunny Jim" White

 

Kicked things off w/ a pre-party on the island's "Chuuk Kay"

 

Elsa joined the band!

 

Then a GREAT night at the Fenix!

 

Followed by a party on the beach at Zazil Ha

 

 

 

 

 

Over 130 friends joined us that night!

And my friends Gary Janco, Adela White, Susan Schauf and Patti Janco

The crowd was on it's feet by the show's last song!

 

Closed things at Jax, w/ singer Ryan Rickman performing "A Bar Down in Mexico", joined by my new bandmates Calleigh and Sumner

Sam and Gina from "Songwriters Island Radio" brought the show to all who couldn't make it to the island! Messages came in from all over the world from folks enjoying the show.

What a tour! Kelly went from one beautiful island (Isla Mujeres) to another (Ambergis Caye) Rough life, huh?

 

Hope Calleigh and Sumner's folks get front row seats for their kid's future shows! (Me, I hope to open for them!)

For the record, that's a diet Coke, not a cerveza. (But what's REALLY in the can???)
